Dr. Bermudes has been practicing psychiatry with a focus on mood disorders for over twenty years. He founded TMS Health Solutions and is currently the practice’s Medical Director. He helped formulate insurance policies for TMS therapy and served as president of the Clinical TMS Society, where he continues to serve on the Board. He has a background in research and is dedicated to continuing to pursue the most advanced treatments for mental health conditions and improving access to these treatments.
Brad holds more than twenty-five years in healthcare business leadership and successful start-ups. Prior to TMS Health Solutions, he was Principal and co-founder of BMC Diagnostics, a regional radiology provider that employed the most advanced technology to deliver a high-quality service to patients and providers. He has always been focused on creating and growing companies with a strong entrepreneurial culture and the use of innovative treatments to provide patients with both service and results.
Dr. Galicki has a strong academic and psychopharmacologic background. She completed her fellowship at St. Luke’s- Roosevelt Center, a Columbia University, NYC, hospital. She manages all physicians in the San Francisco/Bay Area region with a focus on exemplary patient care and meticulous patient identification for clinical growth with excellent remission results. She provides leadership for job orientation and education programs to promote positive patient engagement and meet practice goals.
Dr. Rosi has been focused on treating mood and anxiety disorders since finishing up a fellowship at Stanford over ten years ago. His areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, and treatment-resistant depression. He manages all physicians in the Sacramento area and advises on utilization and regulation of treatment protocol to ensure optimal clinical outcomes and continue to build regional leadership in mental health treatment. He is leading the practice’s growth in child & adolescent treatment.
Dr. Kuluva has always been interested in novel approaches to treat neurological and psychiatric disorders. He has taught at NYU School of Medicine, UCSF/UC Berkeley Joint Medical Program and Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine and published extensively in both neurologic and psychiatric literature. He leads the practice in developing clinical TMS services for patients with neurological issues, such as Mild Cognitive Impairment, Mild Dementia, Central Neuropathic Pain, and Post-Stroke Rehabilitation.
Dr. Lanocha has been caring for patients with treatment-resistant depression for over thirty years using neuromodulation and brain stimulation therapy. He was one of the first physicians in the country to offer TMS when it was cleared by the FDA. He continues to be a renowned expert in the field and serves as the head of TMS Education, growing awareness and accessibility of the treatment and providing hands-on training to clinicians. He is a member of the Board for the Clinical TMS Society.
Ara has been a healthcare entrepreneur, executive, and investor for over twenty years. He has successfully funded, operated and sold multiple healthcare businesses. He was President, CEO, and co-founder of BMC Diagnostics, a company he guided through a successful acquisition. Prior to BMC, he founded Embion/Provider Links, a technology leveraged distribution company focused on the healthcare industry. For the past several years, he has been an angel investor in early stage healthcare companies.
Mark has a deep background in information technology and business consulting with a keen understanding of vendor selection and implementation for software and hardware solutions. He was previously president and COO of Health Diagnostics. Additional experience includes software development leadership roles at Accenture and IBM. He holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a BBA in Information Systems from Baylor University.
Michael is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Drybar, a retail company that grew in a six-year period to almost $100 million in annual revenue and over 70 locations throughout the US and Canada as well as a product line sold at company locales and major retailers such as Nordstrom. He has experience leading a company in location based expansion and in an emerging category with low awareness.
Ernie has experience with large provider group management best practices. He is the former President and CEO of Daughters of Charity Medical Foundation and has previous experience with healthcare startups. He previously served on the Board of the California Association of Physician Groups and the California Department of Managed Healthcare Financial Solvency Standards Board.
Dr. Zucker is a psychiatrist with a background in academia, large group practice, and health plan clinical leadership. Most recently he was Senior Medical Director of New Product and Innovation for Optum, a division of United Healthcare, where he spearheaded tele-behavioral services, other digital initiatives, and new models for treatment and technology. He has experience managing and growing payor relations.
