Providing Relief for Patients

According to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), 14–17% of the adult population will experience a condition called Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), also known as “clinical depression,” during their lifetime. MDD is usually treated with talk therapy and/or medication; however, a key clinical study shows that over 40% of these patients might not respond to medication as they suffer from a condition called Treatment-Resistant Depression (TRD). These patients need to seek an alternative treatment for their symptoms.

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) is an alternative treatment for MDD that has been shown to be safe and effective for those with TRD.
